Onwards & Upwards Psychology’s new digital learning platform, built for growth
We transformed Onwards & Upwards Psychology’s website into a unified digital platform for online learning, educational resources, events and community support.
The challenge
Onwards & Upwards Psychology needed more than a standard business website. Their growing range of workshops, educational resources and neurodiversity-affirming content required a flexible platform where customers could discover services, purchase resources, enrol in courses and access learning materials from one place.
The platform also needed to support existing learners, future course growth and a smooth experience across desktop and mobile devices.
The solution
We rebuilt the website as a unified WordPress platform combining content, eCommerce and online learning.
The new solution uses Elementor Pro for flexible page creation, WooCommerce for selling physical and digital resources, and LearnDash to deliver structured online courses. Event management and community features were also integrated, giving the Onwards & Upwards team one central platform to manage their services, products, learning content and audience.
The build
We created a responsive WordPress website with a flexible Elementor Pro design system, allowing the team to maintain pages and publish new content without relying on developers for everyday updates.
The LearnDash learning platform supports structured courses, lessons and quizzes, together with individual learner accounts and progress tracking. WooCommerce handles resource sales and connects purchases with access to relevant digital content and courses.
We also implemented a community forum for participant discussions and Sugar Calendar for managing workshops and upcoming events. Existing learner information and course progress were migrated into the new platform to provide continuity for returning users.
